If there is a life-threatening emergency, then please dial 911 or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room. For mental health urgencies, text or call 988, which is now operational as The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.  Established patients will always be granted the highest priority. Prospective patients may wait 1-2 weeks before receiving a return call. Waiting times for initial 90-minute (intake) consultation appointments are sometimes 3-4 months.  We intentionally limit the number of patients to ensure quality of care. We employ a HIPAA-compliant video platform to conduct sessions. All records are maintained on paper (never electronic). A prospective patient must call (720)818-4307 personally and spare 15 minutes to discuss our policies and procedures before being eligible to schedule an appointment. Once a firm intake date is confirmed, then records from other healthcare professionals can be faxed to the number listed below.

Note to Referring Clinics: Please do NOT fax records without the patient FIRST establishing a firm intake date; non-established patient Protected Health Information (PHI) will be destroyed immediately per HIPAA regulations.

Note to Pharmaceutical Representatives: We do NOT participate in pharmaceutical-based promotions in any way, shape, or form.

Records Requests: We will NOT respond to telephone or e-mail requests for records.  We will ONLY respond to properly-formatted HIPAA-compliant Releases of Information (ROI) relayed via Facsimile and/or US Postal Service.  All signatures will be verified.
